  • Homestand AI does not guarantee the legal validity or enforceability of any generated document.
  • We are not responsible for the outcome of any dispute, hearing, or legal action where you use our tools.
  • No attorney-client relationship is formed through your use of the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to upload any documents (such as CC&Rs or violation notices) to the Service.
  • You will not use the Service to harass, threaten, or defraud any person or entity.
  • You will not use the Service to generate false or misleading legal documents.

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant Homestand AI a license to process, analyze, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and improving our AI models (in an anonymized aggregate form). The Service itself, including its code, design, and AI models, is the property of Homestand AI Inc.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMESTAND AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY LEGAL OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homestand AI Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. Dispute Resolution
